"When we decided to renovate and add a sizable addition to our home in early June of 2020, we had a lot of tough decisions to make. We interviewed multiple builders and were looking for someone who could turn our dream into a reality, but more importantly someone we could trust. ". “Brian has been our contractor for over 10 years. During that time, he remodeled our two homes; one was a major remodel of the 1st floor in which he essentially gutted and reconstructed nearly every room. We found Brian easy to work with and very reasonable about changes to the project. His estimates were right on and less expensive than other contractors. He frequently looked for ways to save money without negative effects to the outcome. He also kept us fully aware of any problems or delays with supply delivery (which were minimal). His crew was highly skilled, extremely friendly and professional at all times - it was a pleasure having them in our home. They cleaned up after themselves each day. (We lived in our home during the renovation, and this was very helpful to us.) Brian used two subcontractors during one of our remodels, one for plumbing and another for finishing the new hardwood floors he installed. "The Timber Valley Contracting team (and their vendors) completely gutted and remodeled a space we purchased for our expansion project. This involved, tearing down walls; ripping out showers; installing drywall; painting; installing carpet, tile, a floor outlet and conduit, new electrical outlets, and bathroom vanities. Brian was great to work with, as was his main guy. They were pleasant and great about communicating with our team ahead of time to give us time to decide on paint colors and flooring. Though we threw a couple of "curve balls" at them toward the end of the project, they did their best to accommodate our requests and still completed the project on time! Brian cares about his projects and often stops in to gage progress and quality. He went around and touched up a few things at the end of the project so we both were satisfied with the work that was done. We recommend Brian and his team."

"We could not be happier with Timber Valley Contracting!! Brian and Shawn are so professional and thoughtful and make sure everything is done to their high standards. We had a large unfinished basement that, now finished, has doubled our square footage and the “basement stuff” like the electrical box lift station, and sump pump are so cleverly hidden, that you’d never know they were there. They figured out a way to do absolutely everything we had hoped for which includes moving the water heater drain to create a larger play room space, creating two egress windows for safe bedrooms, adding all new plumbing for 1 1/2 baths and a kitchenette, ship lap walls, beautiful custom dark walnut shelves, and just an amazing space to enjoy with our family and friends. They were patient when we were making decisions and showing them our Pinterest dreams, and had great recommendations when we weren’t sure what to do. We would use them again in a heartbeat for any future projects."

"We recently used Timber Valley for a larger addition to our home (garage with a finished office in the back, and a large covered patio). From the start, we had a vision for what we wanted, and Brian and Shawn made the vision come to life. As with all larger construction projects, things always come up that are unexpected. Brian was very helpful during these situations, walking us through our options, and helping us make informed, wise decisions. He was also extremely up front regarding costs, and we always felt that he was being very honest and fair. Additionally, we have three young children, and I never worried about any of the people that were at our house working on the project. They were all very respectful, and even let our boys have a "close up" view of some of the larger equipment. The framing and carpentry crew was especially great.
