Buckeye Lake New Build

At Timber Valley Contracting, we recently completed a custom home build at a picturesque Buckeye Lake property. This project was all about crafting a brand-new lakeside retreat from the ground up, designed to offer modern comfort, functionality, and a perfect setting for countless memorable summers.

The heart of the home is the kitchen, where we designed an open and inviting space with ample storage and a central island for gathering. While the final surfaces await finishing, the layout was intentionally planned to foster connection and shared culinary experiences.

 

The living room was built as a cozy retreat, anchored by a newly constructed fireplace. Custom shelving was integrated into the design to enhance functionality, creating an ideal space for relaxation and entertaining. Expansive windows frame breathtaking lake views, bringing in natural light and capturing the essence of ‘Lake Life.’

In the bathroom, we focused on efficiency and timeless design, incorporating cabinetry that is ready to support modern fixtures. While flooring and finishing touches are still to come, the essential framework is in place to ensure both elegance and practicality.

One of the key elements of this build was the incorporation of large windows and doors to maximize views of the lake. These were carefully chosen and installed to complement the home’s architectural style while providing seamless indoor-outdoor living.
